- Support the Boutique Manager and assume managerial responsibilities in their absence.
- Oversee concession operations and back-of-house tasks.

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp and WeChat.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy retail environment.
- Team-oriented with a cooperative approach.
Previous experience dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures is essential.
