1. Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Process all sales transactions in compliance with company procedures using provided systems.
3. Display merchandise in the boutique according to brand guidelines.
4. Assist with monthly stock takes and merchandise tagging.
5. Maintain control over merchandise to prevent shrinkage.
6. Facilitate after-sales service by addressing client returns and queries, enhancing brand image.
7. Handle cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
8. Expand the client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

1. Proficient in direct sales techniques and customer service.

4. Attention to detail in merchandise display and transaction processing.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
