1. Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.

6. Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store's aesthetic quality is maintained.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
