1. Achieve individual sales objectives and targets.
2. Develop and maintain a robust network and clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service.
6. Acquire a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the aesthetic quality and presentation of the store.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
