- Achieve individual sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust network and clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Acquire a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and presentation of the store.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Sales proficiency in luxury retail.

Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for those with experience in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
