1. Achieve preset sales objectives
2. Develop network and clientele
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales
4. Possess strong product knowledge of various collections
5. Provide outstanding customer service
6. Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques
7. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store

1. Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
7. Ability to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday
8. Ability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access products
9. Ability to unpack and lift large boxes containing products

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
