- Provide after-sales service, addressing client returns and queries to enhance brand image and meet client expectations.
- Handle all cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain a client database, acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management and control.
- Attention to detail in merchandise display and administrative tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end sales environment is preferred.
