- Execute merchandising and visual display standards to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, stock control, receiving procedures and periodic inventory reconciliations.
- Update and maintain client records and CRM notes to support follow‑up, private appointments and after‑sales care.
- Support in‑store events, trunk shows and private viewings; collaborate with store management on local promotional activities.
- Ensure luxury service standards in packaging, presentation and after‑sales support, including repairs and warranty procedures.
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric demeanour and high emotional intelligence.
- Commercially minded with demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and contribute to team targets.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards, with attention to detail aligned to premium brand expectations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional events.
- Local market knowledge and multilingual ability are advantageous given Brussels’ multilingual clientele.
