1. Achieve sales targets and maximize boutique performance.
2. Deliver exemplary customer service, including claim management and after-sales support.
3. Maintain and update customer database in line with CRM initiatives.
4. Ensure optimal product visibility both inside and outside the boutique.
5. Promote high-quality products effectively.
6. Manage cash transactions and perform daily cash counts accurately.
7. Adhere to boutique security and loss prevention protocols.
8. Conduct regular inventory controls and random stock checks.
9. Handle goods receipt, stocking, and transfers efficiently.
10. Develop expertise in a selected product category.
11. Foster team communication and collaboration.
12. Provide accurate information for reporting tools.
13. Maintain the boutique's appearance and uphold its luxury image.
14. Contribute to the success of marketing initiatives and customer events.

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury goods.
2. Proficiency in English, with additional skills in French and Flemish preferred.
