- Achieve individual sales objectives as set by management.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Possess and demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clientele.
- Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Ensure the aesthetic quality and visual standards of the store are maintained.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
- Physical capability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access products.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $20-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
