Montblanc Sales Assistant (Intern)

- Deliver attentive, personalised client service in line with Montblanc standards; welcome clients, qualify needs and support the sales process.
- Assist sales advisors with clienteling activities, appointment management and follow-up to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and support cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation through visual merchandising, window displays and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and merchandise merchandise; support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Support back-office tasks including administrative duties, reporting and CRM data entry.
- Contribute to store KPIs and local marketing activations, participating in teamwork to achieve sales targets.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and peak trading periods as required by the retail calendar.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Business, Luxury Management, Retail or a related field; eligible to undertake an internship under French law (convention de stage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented, polished manner.
- Professional presentation, reliability and capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling or transactional processes.
- Availability for flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.

Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion Retail or a related discipline; must be able to provide an internship agreement (convention de stage) if based in France.
