- Manage and optimize order processing for in-store and drop-ship operations, ensuring timely fulfillment and handling exceptions efficiently.
- Oversee operational processes, including RTV management and chargeback resolution, collaborating with finance and distribution centers.
- Supervise product listing creation and maintenance across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and optimization for search.
- Drive merchandising and sales growth by managing in-store and online product assortments, aligning with seasonal launches and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance sell-out performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, visual merchandising, and training departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze partner data to assess product performance and sales, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures, adhering to RNA and Group standards.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational needs with long-term objectives.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury or fashion industry
- Familiarity with department store processes
- Proficiency in retail financial metrics and managing OTB (Open to Buy)
- Expertise in Excel and SAP
- Strong analytical skills to translate client data into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 25% of the time
- Adaptability to sudden shifts in demand and operational challenges
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury or fashion industry, with a focus on department store operations and financial management.

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined based on skills and experience.
