1. Analyze sales data (Sell-in/Sell-out) and support boutiques in achieving their targets.
2. Manage stock levels and propose strategic adjustments to maximize Sell-Out.
3. Coordinate operations and provide daily support to partners in logistics, after-sales service, and tools.
4. Participate in the development and monitoring of training programs in collaboration with the Training Manager.
5. Organize showrooms, trade shows, and key events to strengthen partner engagement.

1. Proven expertise in Retail/Wholesale operations with a strong service orientation.
2. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities autonomously.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Office Suite, SAP is a plus).
5. Experience in a Wholesale or franchise environment is advantageous.
