1. Manage and process incoming orders and proactively check product availability for retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors, and corporate gift clients.
2. Coordinate personalization orders.
3. Coordinate sales promotion activities with existing clients to generate orders.
4. Monitor deadlines for product availability.
5. Handle returns from retailers and boutiques.
6. Provide telephone consultation for incoming product inquiries from dealers.
7. Deliver customer service support.
8. Manage master data and inventory bookings.

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Fluency in German, English, and French at a native level, plus at least one additional language: Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.

1. SAP knowledge.
2. Strong service orientation and initiative.

Several years of professional experience are required.
