Montblanc Sales Administrator

- Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring product availability for retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors, and corporate gift clients.
- Coordinate personalization orders and sales promotion activities with existing clients to generate orders.
- Monitor deadlines for product availability and handle returns from retailers and boutiques.
- Provide telephone support for product inquiries from dealers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain master data management and oversee inventory bookings.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education.
- Several years of professional experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Fluency in German, English, and French at a native level, with proficiency in at least one additional language such as Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Strong service orientation and initiative.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in SAP and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual proficiency.
Several years of professional experience in sales administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations.
Completed commercial training or equivalent.
