1. Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring product availability for retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors, and corporate gift clients.
2. Coordinate personalization orders and sales promotion activities with existing clients to generate orders.
3. Monitor deadlines for product availability and handle returns from retailers and boutiques.
4. Provide telephone support for product inquiries from dealers and deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Maintain master data management and oversee inventory bookings.

1. Completed commercial training or equivalent education.
2. Several years of professional experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in SAP.
4. Fluency in German, English, and French at a native level, with proficiency in at least one additional language such as Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
5. Strong service orientation and initiative.

1. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
2. Proficient in SAP and other relevant software.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Multilingual proficiency.

Several years of professional experience in sales administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations.

Completed commercial training or equivalent.
