Montblanc Sales Administrator

- Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring proactive communication regarding product availability with retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors, and corporate gift clients.
- Coordinate personalization orders and sales promotion activities with existing clients to generate orders.
- Monitor deadlines for product availability and handle returns from retailers and boutiques.
- Provide telephone support for product inquiries from dealers and offer customer service assistance.
- Maintain master data management and inventory bookings.
- Completed commercial training.
- Several years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Fluency in German and English at a native level, along with at least one additional language: French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Strong service orientation and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Several years of professional experience in a similar role within the luxury or retail sector.
Completed commercial training.
