1. Process and retrieve incoming orders and proactively check product availability for retailers, jewelers, boutiques, distributors, and corporate gift clients.
2. Coordinate personalization orders.
3. Coordinate sales promotion activities with existing customers to generate orders.
4. Monitor deadlines for product availability.
5. Handle returns from retailers and boutiques.
6. Provide telephone consultation for incoming product inquiries.
7. Deliver customer service support.
8. Manage master data and inventory bookings.

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Several years of professional experience.
3. Fluency in German and English at a native level, plus at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese.
