1. Act as a strategic partner to the Brand Director and Store Management to enhance retail performance and identify business opportunities.
2. Provide comprehensive business analysis from individual store to market level, monitoring economic and political changes and competitor activities.
3. Support the Brand Director in business reviews and preparation of annual strategic plans.
4. Identify performance gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stock availability and visibility issues.
5. Lead sales team in managing high-value clients and share commercial best practices.
6. Communicate sales and product strategies to frontline teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
7. Prepare detailed sales performance and KPI reports, and develop tools for Store Managers to monitor performance targets.
8. Track performance of new store openings and provide insights into opportunities and challenges.
9. Compile commission files and propose suitable commission strategies.
10. Collaborate with Merchandising team to compile product feedback from retail teams.
11. Support boutique teams during retail activations and marketing initiatives, and provide post-event recaps.

1. 10+ years of experience in retail or luxury management

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Looker, and Power BI
3. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
4. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
5. Effective team player with agility and flexibility
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

A minimum of 10 years in retail or luxury management, demonstrating a strong analytical acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
