- Act as a strategic partner to the Brand Director and Store Management to enhance retail performance and identify business opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive business analysis from individual store to market level, monitoring economic and political changes and competitor activities.
- Support the Brand Director in business reviews and preparation of annual strategic plans.
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stock availability and visibility issues.
- Lead sales team in managing high-value clients and share commercial best practices.
- Communicate sales and product strategies to frontline teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Prepare detailed sales performance and KPI reports, and develop tools for Store Managers to monitor performance targets.
- Track performance of new store openings and provide insights into opportunities and challenges.
- Compile commission files and propose suitable commission strategies.
- Collaborate with Merchandising team to compile product feedback from retail teams.
- Support boutique teams during retail activations and marketing initiatives, and provide post-event recaps.
- 10+ years of experience in retail or luxury management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Looker, and Power BI
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
- Effective team player with agility and flexibility
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A minimum of 10 years in retail or luxury management, demonstrating a strong analytical acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
