Montblanc Retail Operations Coordinator

- Procure POS materials from headquarters and fulfill monthly requests from the boutique network.
- Manage invoicing for boutique services in collaboration with the Finance team, including NSPO creation and monthly goods receipt.
- Facilitate omnichannel order flow, specifically Click from Store operations.
- Oversee uniform allocations for retail staff, ensuring budget alignment and timely delivery.
- Support new store openings and renovations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and local vendors.
- Track and communicate incentive updates to the Full Price and Outlet boutique network.
- Manage maintenance projects to uphold high standards across the boutique network.
- Administer maintenance and service programs in accordance with guidelines and budget.
- Assist retail teams in executing maintenance and service processes.
- Undertake special projects as required.
- Prior experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Superior organizational and follow-up skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
Expected hourly range: $27-$30, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
