- Procurement of POS materials from headquarters and fulfillment of monthly requests from the boutique network.
- Management of boutique service invoicing in collaboration with the Finance department, including NSPO creation and monthly goods receipt.
- Facilitation of omnichannel order flow, specifically Click from Store.
- Management of uniform allocations for retail staff, ensuring budget alignment and timely, accurate delivery with quality control.
- Support for new store openings and renovations, liaising with cross-functional teams and local vendors.
- Tracking and communication of incentive updates to the Full Price and Outlet boutique network.
- Management of maintenance projects to uphold high standards across the boutique network.
- Execution of maintenance and service programs in line with guidelines and budget.
- Support for retail teams in executing maintenance and service processes.
- Participation in special projects as needed.
- Prior experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Superior organizational and follow-up skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deescalate issues and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
Experience in luxury retail operations is required.
Expected hourly range: $27-$30/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
