1. Develop and execute annual sales objectives for retail boutiques to achieve sales and qualitative targets.
2. Act as a brand ambassador in Japan, fostering relationships with VIC clients, landlords, and department stores.
3. Collaborate with various departments to manage action plans for boutiques, events, and activities to meet objectives.
4. Oversee cost structures related to retail actions, ensuring budget adherence and net contribution goals.
5. Optimize the Montblanc retail network for brand visibility and market coverage.
6. Participate in negotiations with department stores regarding terms and conditions.
7. Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and competitor activities.
8. Set objectives for boutique managers and track their performance monthly and annually.
9. Ensure effective implementation of clienteling and CRM activities within the retail network.
10. Work with the training department to enhance the customer journey and monitor key performance indicators.

1. 3-5 years of experience as a retail manager in the retail industry, preferably with a luxury brand.
2. Deep understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
3. Business-level proficiency in English is preferred.
