1. Plan and execute regular and ad-hoc training sessions, including onsite facilitation.
2. Conduct yearly 20 days of in-class training and 5 days of virtual sessions on topics such as onboarding, retail signature, and new product training.
3. Lead field-based coaching to drive key retail KPIs such as UPT, ABV, AUP, ensuring alignment with Montblanc's retail signature.
4. Cover approximately 13 boutiques and over 50 sales associates.
5. Achieve retail excellence plans to meet target sales for each boutique.
6. Organize and translate global and local training content for effective in-store application.
7. Enhance sales associates' understanding of focus products through the creation of product-focused content.
8. Manage the e-learning tool and track KPIs for digital training.

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail training, preferably within the luxury or FMCG sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and retail excellence principles.
3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
4. Proven experience in conducting field coaching on retail excellence and products and services.
5. Proficiency in digital learning tools and virtual training systems.
6. Preferred experience in training for timepieces or leather goods.
7. Fluency in English.
