1. Execute, report, and analyze sales and KPI performance across all UK channels.
2. Conduct product performance reporting and analysis.
3. Track and analyze retail incentives.
4. Develop ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
5. Support Retail Operations Manager in retail network projects.
6. Coordinate retail projects to streamline processes and communicate with stakeholders.
7. Support, attend, and minute retail meetings.
8. Prepare internal and external presentations ensuring accuracy of figures.
9. Manage boutique facilities and vendor relationships.
10. Plan and execute boutique openings and closures.
11. Support retail activations including events, pop-ups, and private sales.
12. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Retail Department.
13. Maintain up-to-date folders and files.
14. Arrange travel and venue bookings.
15. Provide ad-hoc support for training and logistics.
16. Cover for boutique staff in emergencies.

1. Studying for a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.

1. Working knowledge of financial reporting principles.
2. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

No prior experience required, but a background in finance, business, or economics is preferred.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
