- Develop a regional training strategy aligned with the headquarters' objectives.
- Create pragmatic training action plans linked to business goals.
- Optimize the use of the training budget.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance local trainers’ skills and performance through training and coaching.
- Design ad hoc training programs and tools to monitor training effectiveness.
- Deploy training modules using modern, interactive techniques consistent with Montblanc's brand identity.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Offer real-time coaching and celebrate training successes.
- University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, or communication sciences.
- Several years of experience in program and content development.
- Retail sales experience in the luxury and premium industry.
- Passion for education and digital learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- High levels of empathy and social skills.
- Solution-oriented approach with effective time management.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
Several years of experience in program and content development, with a background in retail sales within the luxury and premium industry.
University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, or communication sciences.
