- Analyze regional retail skill set levels, training efforts, KPIs, competitors’ client service, and training trends and needs in the markets.
- Create the regional training strategy in line with HQ training strategy, develop concrete and pragmatic training action plans linked to business objectives, and strategize for optimal use of the training budget.
- Develop win-win partnerships by synergizing with internal and external partners, enhance local trainers’ skill set and performance, create ad hoc training programs, and develop tools to monitor and boost training results.
- Deploy training modules directly and indirectly to target audiences using modern, fun, and interactive techniques consistent with Montblanc DNA.
- Ensure success by monitoring training results, providing feedback to relevant partners, coaching in the moment, and celebrating successes.
- University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, communication sciences, or a comparable subject.
- Passion for education and digital learning.
- Retail sales experience in the luxury and premium industry.
- Several years of experience in program and basic content development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- High levels of empathy and social skills.
- Team builder mindset.
- Solution-oriented approach and effective time management.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
Retail sales experience in the luxury and premium industry and several years of experience in program and basic content development.
University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, communication sciences, or a comparable subject.
