Montblanc Regional Supply Chain Executive

1. Manage daily stock requests from all boutiques across South Asia
2. Oversee product allocation and transfers between boutiques
3. Handle volume limited edition requests at the regional level
4. Manage the replenishment process to maximize sales
5. Collaborate with merchandising to implement assortment strategies
6. Update model stocks in SAP
7. Handle boutique returns to the warehouse
8. Support monthly wholesale backorder review and cleanup
9. Manage quality and shipping claims process
10. Support wholesale allocation and stock transfers
11. Serve as the main contact for wholesale team stock requests and supply information
12. Run regular reports such as stock coverage and MDS fulfillment
13. Provide ad hoc reporting support
14. Update monthly novelty fulfillment report
15. Act as local point of contact for Commercial and Marketing teams
16. Support Marketing and Sales teams during events
17. Handle product samples and carnets
18. Maintain product shortage list and review with global Distribution planning weekly
19. Summarize and follow-up on meetings with HQ and support monthly SCM and merchandising meetings

1. Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry

1. Knowledge in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts
2. Strong analytical and communication skills
3. Independent and proactive with a service-oriented mindset
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
5. Knowledge of SAP systems and orders processing
6. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.

Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
