1. Manage daily stock requests and product allocation for boutiques across South Asia.
2. Oversee the replenishment process to optimize sales and ensure strategy implementation.
3. Coordinate wholesale support, including backorder reviews and quality claims management.
4. Conduct data analysis and reporting on stock coverage and novelty fulfilment.
5. Serve as the local point of contact for Commercial and Marketing teams, supporting events and product sample handling.
6. Maintain and review product shortage lists with global Distribution Planning.

1. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
3. Proficiency in supply chain planning and concepts.

1. Strong analytical and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Looker and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Experience with SAP systems and order processing.
4. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

A minimum of 3 years in a relevant supply chain role within the retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
