1. Manage press relations by responding to journalists' inquiries, handling shopping requests, and distributing press kits and visuals.
2. Coordinate with PR agencies for press kit dispatches and weekly follow-ups.
3. Translate press releases and monitor press coverage.
4. Maintain and update the journalist database.
5. Prepare monthly reports and special activation reports for the Global team.
6. Oversee product loan processes, including contract setup and logistics.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as logistics, stock management, inventory, and handling of complimentary items.
8. Contribute to influencer campaigns and monitor social media trends.
9. Track and report on influencer activations and manage product loans and returns.
10. Support event organization, including press trips, showroom events, and interviews.
11. Participate in the deployment of Print, OOH, and Digital media campaigns, ensuring operational follow-up and budget management.
12. Report on media campaigns and conduct competitive analysis of media activities.

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in press or influencer relations.
2. Advanced degree in Business or Communication.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and web content management.
