1. Respond to journalists' inquiries regarding shopping requests and dispatch press kits and visuals.
2. Handle cinema loan requests.
3. Maintain daily communication with PR agencies, including sending press kits, visuals, and conducting weekly follow-ups.
4. Translate press releases.
5. Track press coverage and manage the journalist database.
6. Prepare monthly reports or specific activation reports for the Global team.
7. Manage the dispatch and return of product loans, including setting up loan agreements.
8. Assist with administrative tasks such as logistics, product stock management, inventory, and handling of complimentary items.

1. Minimum of six months of experience in press or influencer relations.

1. Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Good understanding of web content and digital platforms.

Candidates must have at least six months of experience in press or influencer relations.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication from a recognized institution.
