- Ensure delivery targets are met by weekly monitoring of production schedules and guiding manufacturers' performance.
- Track production progress, work-in-progress, and order feasibility.
- Analyze and monitor all necessary R&C materials for all categories for manufacturers.
- Support master data management activities in collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and administration teams.
- Monitor special inter-collection projects by liaising periodically with other Maison functions and external partners.
- Develop and monitor supplier KPI dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in production cycle and production systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with ERP/PLM tools (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
- Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
2-3 years of experience in production planning and progress monitoring within the Fashion & Luxury, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or equivalent sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
