1. Prepare, communicate, and track legal requirements in Product Trade Compliance, such as Extended Producer Responsibility and General Product Safety Regulation.
2. Conduct GAP analyses and derive necessary actions.
3. Create internal process descriptions.
4. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination.
5. Ensure the IT infrastructure supports article-related certificates and approvals, or develop such infrastructures.
6. Support internal audits.
7. Design and organize internal training sessions.

1. 2-3 years of professional experience in Product Trade Compliance or Supply Chain Compliance.
2. In-depth knowledge of product conformity regulations and standards, including product safety and labeling requirements.

1. Willingness to implement regulatory requirements across disciplines and continuously learn new regulations and internal Richemont guidelines.
2. Data affinity for analysis and consolidation.
3. Strong communication skills in English and German at a minimum C1 level.
4. Project management experience.
5. Advanced knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Solution-oriented, analytical, independent, and structured work approach.

2-3 years of experience in Product Trade Compliance or Supply Chain Compliance, with a deep understanding of product conformity regulations and standards.
