Montblanc Part-Time Sales Associate

- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong network and clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic quality.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$26/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
