1. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts.
2. Organize stockroom and sales floor inventory efficiently, ensuring impeccable conditions.
3. Receive and verify deliveries from the central warehouse.
4. Manage stock transfers between stores and for commercial activities.
5. Organize end-of-season returns.
6. Participate in morning briefings to share operational updates.
7. Support team members with stock requests.
8. Communicate inventory results and consignment issues to the finance team.
9. Perform repair inventories.
10. Occasionally assist on the sales floor with client interactions.
11. Share best practices and operational insights with other stores.
12. Embody Montblanc's values of entrepreneurship, excellence, and creativity.
13. Manage shipping and VAT documents.
14. Assist in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures.
15. Provide administrative support for couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
16. Complete store supply orders.
17. Ensure compliance with Richemont processes.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service priorities.
3. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
