1. Orchestrate the assortment planning for all sales channels, including retail, travel retail, and e-commerce.
2. Collaborate with the commercial team to determine Open-To-Buy (OTB) and category sales plans.
3. Define boutique clusters and select product assortments by category in alignment with HQ merchandising strategy.
4. Execute order forecasts, including units of net sales, and manage launching and closing stock within the seasonal buying budget.
5. Evaluate product performance across all respects.
6. Partner with supply chain/operations to set appropriate opening stocks and model stock for each boutique.
7. Develop an in-depth understanding of client and boutique needs to inform agile actions.
8. Provide qualitative and quantitative product analysis to understand market trends.
9. Work closely with visual merchandising to enhance product visibility in boutiques.
10. Maintain continuous communication with boutiques and HQ teams for merchandising, distribution, and demand planning.
11. Maximize sales revenue by allocating the appropriate product mix to each sales channel.
12. Collaborate with retail and visual merchandising teams to generate sales from non-turning products.
13. Partner with retail and training teams to provide additional product information beyond HQ training content.
14. Review and provide feedback on retail and travel retail selling prices to HQ.
15. Correct product master data errors by communicating with HQ category management and ERP system personnel.

1. University degree
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail merchandising and inventory planning, preferably within the luxury industry
3. Experience with SAP preferred

1. Fluency in English
2. Strong leadership and people management skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building cross-departmental relationships
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Anaplan
6. Great attention to detail

A minimum of 10 years in retail merchandising and inventory planning, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.

University degree
