- Manage and maintain master data, including data entry, maintenance, and reconciliation of article data.
- Ensure consistency of master data across various systems.
- Oversee the listing of articles, updates, and final approval, including plausibility checks.
- Conduct analyses and generate reports.
- Execute mass changes and new setups of articles/data.
- Provide first-level support for SAP systems.
- Participate in global SAP integration projects.
- Create reports for key users and data owners.
- Support the 'PEGA' project for implementing an article master data workflow.
- Document processes.
- Professional experience in a similar position.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Proficiency in SAP master data management or similar systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters).
- Knowledge of PEGA is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Structured and organized work approach.
