1. Manage and maintain master data, including data entry, maintenance, and reconciliation of article data.
2. Ensure consistency of master data across various systems.
3. Oversee the listing of articles, updates, and final approval, including plausibility checks.
4. Conduct analyses and generate reports.
5. Execute mass changes and new setups of articles/data.
6. Provide first-level support for SAP systems.
7. Participate in global SAP integration projects.
8. Create reports for key users and data owners.
9. Support the 'PEGA' project for implementing an article master data workflow.
10. Document processes.

1. Professional experience in a similar position.
2. Experience in project management and process optimization.
3. Proficiency in SAP master data management or similar systems.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters).
5. Knowledge of PEGA is an advantage.
6. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
7. Structured and organized work approach.
8. Analytical skills, self-organization, and quick comprehension.
