1. Assist the Marketing team in executing the Marketing plan, including events, visual merchandising, social media, and promotional activities.
2. Coordinate and manage event planning in alignment with Montblanc international guidelines and brand initiatives, including reporting and budgeting.
3. Prepare and communicate launch alerts, product information, and corporate communications to the commercial network and internal teams.
4. Support the PR agency with asset distribution, organizing PR events, and managing samples and product loan documentation.
5. Assist in email marketing campaigns and other client relationship initiatives.
6. Organize the allocation of visual merchandising materials to points of sale, following the annual plan and Brand Experience Executive's instructions.
7. Coordinate the production of media assets according to the Media Plan and ensure timely delivery to publications and suppliers.
8. Analyze PR media coverage and distribute PR highlights and reports internally.
9. Administer invoices, create vendor profiles, and manage purchase orders.
10. Provide ad hoc support to management and the retail team as needed.

1. Experience in Marketing

1. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent problem-solving skills
3. Willingness to travel to off-site photoshoots and boutiques
4. Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous experience in a marketing role is required.
