Montblanc Manager, Third Party E-Commerce

- Develop and own the digital distribution strategy for global multibrand platforms, including Mr Porter, YOOX, The Outnet, and Net-a-Porter.
- Define targets, OTB, and range plans by category, and conduct weekly and monthly reporting with quarterly estimates.
- Manage relationships with partners to develop annual trade, planning, and marketing plans to enhance growth, market share, and visibility.
- Prepare and conduct buying appointments with planning teams, ensuring product selection aligns with brand priorities and targets.
- Develop strong product and trend knowledge and understand customer needs through account meetings and analysis.
- Oversee order management, shipments, and returns, collaborating with regional order management teams to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to analyze partner performance and propose proactive actions such as reorders, product pushes, and site merchandising.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create a robust marketing calendar by key launch and account, sharing partners’ buys and proposing Hero pieces.
- Onboard and manage operations of new marketplaces.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a wholesale e-commerce environment or at a retailer managing vendors/brands.
- Deep understanding of business cases, legal, and commercial frameworks for third-party/wholesale e-commerce, especially key accounts with global distribution.
- Net-savvy mindset with familiarity in web and e-commerce technologies, content management systems, and online marketing.
- Ability to present to and negotiate with retailers and agencies at a senior management level.
- Data-driven and strong analytical mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, capable of working effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication, networking, and teamwork skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable working in a global organization with a culturally diverse workforce.
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in a wholesale e-commerce environment or retail setting managing vendors/brands.
