- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Preserve the aesthetic quality of the store.
- Open and close the boutique as needed.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
- Manage product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury products, is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
