1. Achieve individual sales objectives and develop customer relationships.

4. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire skills in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.
8. Open and close the boutique as required.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
11. Handle product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
5. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
