- Achieve individual sales objectives and develop customer relationships.
- Expand network and clientele base.
- Capture and maintain client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire skills in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
- Handle product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.
