1. Achieve individual sales objectives.
2. Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.
5. Provide exceptional customer service.
6. Develop basic skills in pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
8. Open and close the boutique as required.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
11. Handle product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
5. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask effectively.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
