- Achieve individual sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.

- Maintain the aesthetic and operational standards of the store.
- Perform boutique opening and closing duties as required.

- Manage product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$25, based on relevant skills and experience.
