1. Achieve individual sales objectives and develop customer relationships.
2. Expand network and clientele base.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire skills in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store's aesthetic quality is maintained.
8. Open and close the boutique as needed.
9. Communicate with corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
11. Manage product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
7. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder.

Expected hourly range: $25-$30/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
