- Achieve individual sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop proficiency in simple pen repairs and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the aesthetic standards of the store.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
- Handle product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle products.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $22-$26/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
