- Achieve individual sales objectives and contribute to boutique sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire proficiency in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the aesthetic standards of the boutique.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
- Manage product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
