1. Achieve individual sales objectives and contribute to boutique sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain a robust network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Acquire proficiency in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the aesthetic standards of the boutique.
8. Open and close the boutique as required.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
11. Manage product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
