1. Achieve individual sales objectives.
2. Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Possess comprehensive product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
5. Provide outstanding customer service.
6. Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
8. Open and close the boutique as required.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention procedures.
11. Handle product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficient computer skills.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
