1. Execute store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and cash reconciliation.
2. Supervise the sales floor in the absence of the store manager and coach staff to meet brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalized service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
4. Support sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling of Montblanc categories.
5. Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards; assist with window and floor merchandising.
6. Manage stock transactions, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
7. Operate POS and cash-handling systems accurately and compliantly.

1. Proven reliability with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism when entrusted with store keys and responsibilities.
2. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and polished presentation appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
4. Authorized to work in the United States.
