1. Achieve individual sales objectives.
2. Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.

6. Acquire a working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
8. Open and close the boutique as needed.
9. Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
10. Ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
11. Manage product transfers in the absence of management.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish.
6. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or high-end luxury products, is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
