- Achieve individual sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire a working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
- Open and close the boutique as needed.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
- Manage product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or high-end luxury products, is preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
