Montblanc Junior Sales Manager

- Develop and enhance Montblanc's business in the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with the maison's sales, visibility, and service quality guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by monitoring account performance and tailoring strategies to maximize retailer sales.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of account satisfaction.
- Advise on product replenishment and ensure optimal product mix with retailers.
- Monitor stock and sales performance, developing action plans to enhance sell-out.
- Recommend and oversee incentives and promotions.
- Resolve issues related to after-sales and logistics.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to commercial activities.
- Conduct quarterly formal meetings with retailers.
- Ensure brand image implementation at points of sale as per HQ guidelines.
- Implement marketing action plans and conduct regular training sessions with retailers' sales teams.
- Develop and implement business and marketing plans, including new product launches and concept development.
- Optimize account numbers and geographical coverage, maintaining a POS and market database.
- Prepare sales forecasts for countries and accounts, analyzing sell-out data and stock levels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications reflect Montblanc's values and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in luxury products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desired.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in luxury products.
- Proven sales track record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours.
- Familiarity with international cultural and legal sales variances.
2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
