- Support the planning and execution of international VIP customer and WHS events in collaboration with sales channels and product category management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Global Strategic Meeting.
- Develop tool kits for brand activations in cooperation with marketing and communication teams at Montblanc Headquarters.
- Ensure the availability of information, documents, and tools for local or regional event platform setups.
- Maintain internal and external communication with event stakeholders and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Ongoing study in business administration, marketing & communication, or a comparable field, or in a gap year.
- Fluent English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Team player mindset with an open, analytical, and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to independently develop new designs and layouts.
- Experience in creating technical drawings and print data.
- Skills in Adobe Programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) are a plus.
Experience from previous internships is required.
