Montblanc Industrialization Technician

1. Supervise the industrialization process of Montblanc products, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability of production.
2. Provide daily technical support to suppliers during the production phase, resolving issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring production line efficiency.
3. Collaborate closely with the quality control team during the pilot series launch to ensure products meet required quality standards.
4. Identify and promptly resolve any issues that may arise during production.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
2. Proven experience of at least 5+ years in roles within the Fashion Luxury sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of CAD software.
4. Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally.
