3. Create content for internal communication channels, including intranet, employee magazine, video content, and live formats, as well as external career channels like LinkedIn and career websites
4. Maintain intranet content

1. Pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, German Studies, or related fields
2. Interest in working in the HR/Communications department of an international company
3. Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
4. Strong language skills and professional writing style in German and English
5. Knowledge of CMS systems, Photoshop, and video editing/production
