- Develop and implement a global learning strategy to enhance retail performance and client experience across all sales channels, including Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, and Travel Retail.
- Create training programs and modules focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, sales protocols, business acumen, and boutique leadership.
- Establish a learning ecosystem that supports continuous development through in-boutique coaching and self-directed learning.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, demonstrating ROI through increased sales and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-Maison stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions across all product categories and sales channels.
- Lead and coach a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and strategic direction.
- University degree in psychology, business, or the humanities.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing retail-focused learning strategies, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, sales processes, and client experience best practices.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to create blended learning programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on driving retail performance.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Fluency in English.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful retail-focused learning strategies, with prior experience in luxury or high-end retail sales being advantageous.
University degree in psychology, business, or the humanities.
