1. Develop and implement a global learning strategy to enhance retail performance and client experience across all sales channels, including Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, and Travel Retail.
2. Create training programs and modules focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, sales protocols, business acumen, and boutique leadership.
3. Establish a learning ecosystem that supports continuous development through in-boutique coaching and self-directed learning.
4. Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, demonstrating ROI through increased sales and client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-Maison stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions across all product categories and sales channels.
6. Lead and coach a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and strategic direction.

1. University degree in psychology, business, or the humanities.
2. Extensive experience in developing and implementing retail-focused learning strategies, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
3. Deep understanding of retail KPIs, sales processes, and client experience best practices.
4. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful retail-focused learning strategies, with prior experience in luxury or high-end retail sales being advantageous.
