Montblanc Head of Quality Production

1. Develop and lead a team in the quality management of writing instrument production
2. Serve as the central contact for quality issues in production and other areas
3. Plan, coordinate, and conduct quality inspections, audits, root cause analyses, and other quality-related activities
4. Act as the main contact for complaints and communication with boutiques and markets
5. Plan and conduct inventory checks and other necessary actions, including blocking and releasing stock in SAP
6. Perform root cause and error analyses with other departments and initiate immediate actions
7. Monitor and evaluate the timely implementation of measures and effectiveness checks
8. Moderate and coordinate Practical Problem Solving (PPS) workshops with appropriate documentation
9. Contribute to the development of the department and participate in the strategic direction of quality management at Montblanc
10. Create statistics and evaluations of KPIs

1. Technical or business degree or equivalent education
2. High level of empathy, motivation, and enjoyment in leading a team
3. Experience in quality management, preferably in a production environment
4. Proficiency with QM tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP/EMPB) and strong knowledge in quality assurance
5. Solid knowledge in metal or jewelry processing or similar production processes
6. Openness to new ideas, high self-motivation, and hands-on mentality
7. Strong planning and organizational skills with a high degree of result orientation and communication strength
8. Fluency in German and English

1. Proficient in MS Office and SAP/SAP QM module
