- Lead and develop a team within the quality management sector for writing instrument production.
- Act as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries in production and other departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute quality inspections, audits, root cause analyses, and other quality-related activities in collaboration with production areas.
- Serve as the main contact for complaints and communication with boutiques and markets.
- Plan and conduct inventory checks and other necessary actions, including blocking and releasing stock in SAP.
- Perform root cause and error analyses in collaboration with other departments and initiate immediate actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the timely implementation of measures and effectiveness checks (e.g., 8D methodology, 5-Why).
- Facilitate and coordinate Practical Problem Solving (PPS) workshops with appropriate documentation.
- Contribute to the development of the department and participate in the strategic direction of Quality Management at Montblanc.
- Prepare statistics and evaluations of KPIs.
- Technical or business degree or equivalent education.
- Substantial experience in quality management, preferably in a production environment.
- Proficiency with quality management tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP/EMPB) and quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge in metal or jewelry processing or similar production processes.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a high degree of result orientation and communication strength.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP/SAP QM module.
Significant experience in quality management, ideally within a production setting.
Technical or business degree or equivalent education.
