- Embody and promote the Montblanc brand within the local market and among clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the luxury business sector to enhance client relationships.
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve consistent results and maintain high morale.
- Develop and execute the Flagship business plan, focusing on client engagement and market expansion.
- Manage CRM strategy and achieve sales and diversification targets.
- Oversee operational excellence, including inventory management and compliance with internal controls.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support sales associates with after-sales issues.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with corporate and local teams.
- Minimum 10 years of store leadership experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in people management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operationally strong with the ability to implement standards and processes.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems preferred.
- Strong clienteling and sales leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
A minimum of 10 years in store leadership, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector, particularly in watches and jewelry.
Expected salary range is $125,000 to $145,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
