1. Organize co-marketing events, including obtaining quotes and managing supplier relationships.
2. Oversee all aspects of event execution, ensuring seamless coordination on-site.
3. Support in drafting event programs and managing related administrative tasks, such as creating purchase orders and arranging event free gifts.
4. Coordinate catering, floral arrangements, and gifting processes from order to delivery.
5. Maintain constant communication with logistics and security teams for product movement coordination.
6. Conduct competitor analysis and prepare presentations on competitor events and market presence.
7. Maintain data archives, images, and supplier lists.
8. Organize travel arrangements, including e-booking of flights, hotels, and transfers.
9. Participate in events both domestically and internationally, including boutique events and showroom B2B events.

1. Registration with targeted placement as per DL 68/99.
2. Degree in Communication preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
3. Results-oriented and client-centric approach.
4. Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude.
5. Proficiency in SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AI tools.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience in event coordination or a related field is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Degree in Communication preferred.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
