- Support weekly trade reports and analyze data to identify sales trends and inventory management opportunities.
- Assist in marketing and trade activities across various channels, including EDM, VM, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage relationships with digital global partners such as YNAP Multibrand to develop trade, planning, and marketing strategies.
- Maintain the Trade Calendar to ensure campaign alignment.
- Support the development and coordination of trade and activation briefs.
- Update website sections based on trade and content calendars.
- Set up and maintain product carousels, category pages, and on-site merchandising rules.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Explore MeApp for product information to enhance on-site and email content.
- Conduct regular testing and hygiene checks on montblanc.com to identify and report bugs.
- Contribute to reporting on key performance areas and conduct ad hoc analyses using ContentSquare.
- Collaborate with UX, Data, Content, and Digital Operations teams to improve site functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate assortment plans for external online channels and manage showroom buying and order fulfillment.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital/E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Understanding or experience in the luxury sector, with sensitivity to luxury brand standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of website structure and user experience principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in English.
Prior experience or understanding of the luxury sector and digital marketing is advantageous.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital/E-commerce, or related field.
